Indu along with her older sister Ramya and younger sister Puja lived at COF for many years
Her single mom worked as a cook for the children and lived here.
The family was very grateful. It was nice to attend the wedding and see our all the three siblings grown up. Ramya has a son.
There are moments in life at Children of Faith that fill our hearts with pride and joy. One such moment was the wedding of Indu, one of our beloved graduates, whose journey from childhood to this new chapter of life has been truly inspiring.

Indu first came to Children of Faith along with her older sister, Ramya and her younger sisiter Puja. Indu’s single Mother joined our staff as a cook. Indu always had a bright smile and a quiet determination. Over the years, we watched her grow into a confident, compassionate, and hardworking young woman. She embraced every opportunity that came her way—focusing on her education, helping younger children, and always carrying a sense of gratitude and positivity.
For us, Indu was not just a student or a resident—she is family.
When the news of her wedding arrived, it filled our home with excitement. The children eagerly asked questions about wedding traditions, outfits, and celebrations, while the staff reminisced about Indu’s childhood memories with us. It felt like watching a daughter take the next step in life.

The wedding day was a beautiful and emotional occasion. Indu looked radiant, surrounded by loved ones who have supported her journey. It was heartwarming to see how far she has come—from a young girl finding her place in the world to a strong woman beginning a new life with her partner.
What made the moment even more special was knowing that Indu carries with her the values of kindness, resilience, and hope that she nurtured during her time here. Her story reminds all of our children that their dreams are possible, and that with determination and support, they too can build bright futures.
Indu’s wedding was not just a celebration of love—it was a celebration of growth, perseverance, and community. Watching her step into this new chapter fills us with pride and hope.
Indu’s husband, Thatha Babu, will be working in Singapore , Indu plans to join him there in a few months. To Indu and Thatha Babu, we send our warmest blessings. May your home be filled with laughter, understanding, and endless happiness.
Once part of our home, always part of our family. We are so proud of you, Indu.
