Meet Children of Faith’s Newest Board Members

The US Board of Children of Faith is very pleased to be adding two new board members to our US Leadership. Courtney Anderson and Carrie Morgan both bring valuable experience to the organization to help us continue growing and thriving into the next 20 years.

Courtney Anderson is a mother of three grown children. She lives in California and recently visited Children of Faith with a group from her church. She lead the children in a daily devotional time, with games, crafts, songs and stories. She has a heart for the children and brings her business, fundraising and volunteer experience to our board.

A recent visitor to the Children of Faith Home in Visakhapatnam India

In 2014, I discovered the remarkable work Rosie and Anand were doing at COF when my eldest son volunteered there. Inspired by his experience, our family sponsored two children. Over the years, we have witnessed COF’s incredible growth and profound impact on countless lives. Rosie and Anand’s comprehensive program of providing education, food, shelter, and safety to India’s most vulnerable children has and continues to transform entire communities. I am in awe of Rosie and Anand’s unwavering faith and dedication, overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles to serve children and their communities. Over the past 20 years, they have created a haven of hope and opportunity for children to flourish. Feeling called to do more, a chance meeting with Ginny Ross opened that door. Joining a recent LOPC adult mission trip to COF, I was deeply moved. The loving, supportive, faithful community Rosie and Anand have nurtured produces joyful, intellectually curious, kind, thriving students and graduates who go off to college and return to uplift their communities. It is truly remarkable to witness. As a new board member, I am honored, energized and passionate to do whatever I can to support this transformative work.

Carrie Morgan also has 3 children and lives in California. She got involved with Children of Faith through her church as well. Her experience as a children’s program director will be invaluable in supporting the work of Children of Faith. Though she is busy with her growing family and full time job, she looks forward to visitinf the Children’s Home in India soon.

I’m so happy to join the Children of Faith team! This organization has accomplished amazing things in India. I hope to use my ministry experience with children and missions to help further the dreams and goals of Children of Faith, and support them in all they wish to accomplish in the future!
