During Rosie and Anand’s most recent visit to the United States, they spent a lively evening with friends at the Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church! Together, the group not only ate, danced and laughed, but raised more than $31,000 toward the furnishing of the new boys’ dorm for the orphanage in India.
They exceeded our goal of funding the core furnishings for the boys’ dorm, and were just a bit short of completely funding everything needed to make the boys’ dorm fully functional. A special thanks to our matching funds donors. It was such a encouragement to hear the stories from both Anand and Rosie about their vision now being realized with the health, well being, and successes of the children.
