Every year at Christmas and Easter the children at the Children of Faith Home in Visakhapatnam, India make cards for their sponsors. These beautiful handmade cards include a note that each child writes describing a highlight from the past few months, or a shared detail about their interests, hobbies or school work. The sponsors find this is a beautiful way to stay connected to the child whose life they are impacting.
Sponsoring a child with Children of Faith has been such an unexpected blessing for me. I had not realized that this wasn’t just about writing a check. Having a relationship with the children I’ve sponsored has given me so much more of an understanding of the lives the children lead. To have the opportunity be involved in bettering their lives, their education and their future is amazing. Always excited to get a letter or a Christmas card from the girls to find out what’s happening in their lives.

The children love to make cards, knowing it is a way to show their gratitude for the opportunities they have at Children of Faith as a result of their sponsors contributions. The cards are beautiful and wonderfully creative!
You can support a child as a sponsor, if you don’t already, and you will receive these wonderful greetings.
For a relatively small amount of money, there are great results!

I love getting the Christmas and Easter letters from my sponsees! It was even better to be able to get to know them on my two visits to India.

Sponsorships help us cover the costs of food, clothing, basic medical care, education and more for each child.
I love sponsoring a child at COF because I know my support is being used for something really important – a child's food, shelter, education, and more. I can also keep in contact with my sponsor child through letters, or even a trip to the home, which is very special.
