Every child has a story worth hearing. In a children’s home in India, where young voices often go unheard beyond the walls that shelter them, writing can become a powerful way for children to express their hopes, memories, questions, and dreams. When given a notebook and the freedom to imagine, these children reveal worlds that are thoughtful, honest, playful, and sometimes deeply moving.
Our students have written in English for you, it is one of 3 languages they are leaning in our home’s school, Hope Academy. Below are a few writing samples by our children. They have written about themselves or things they are learning. The children are proud to be sharing their work with you.
